Cancellation policy:
To ensure fairness and allow other students the opportunity to book lessons, the following cancellation policy applies:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a driving lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48hours’ notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without notice (“no-show”) will also incur the full lesson fee.
If your instructor needs to cancel due to illness, unsafe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, your lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Please arrive on time for your lesson. If you are late, the lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid affecting other bookings.
By booking a lesson, you agree to these cancellation terms.
Learner’s Permit Requirement
A valid Learner’s Permit must be brought to every driving lesson and presented to your instructor before the lesson begins.
If you are unable to produce your Learner’s Permit at the start of the lesson, the lesson will be considered a no-show and the full lesson fee will be charged. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in this circumstance.
Driving Lesson Terms & Conditions
Log Book
Please bring your Learner’s Log Book to every lesson where possible. While it is not essential, and lessons can be entered retrospectively, this is not recommended.
Lesson Start Time
Lessons begin at the scheduled time once I arrive at the agreed pick-up location. To make the most of your lesson, please be ready with your:
* Learner’s Permit
* Log Book (if applicable)
* Appropriate footwear
* Belongings ready before the lesson starts
Arrival Times
Road and traffic conditions can occasionally cause delays. I may arrive slightly early or up to 10 minutes late. If I expect to be more than 10 minutes late, I will contact you by text.
If I am more than 15 minutes late, you may choose to reschedule the lesson at no additional cost.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be treated as a no-show, and the lesson will be forfeited. A make-up lesson will not be provided.
Payment
Payment is required before or at the time of the lesson.
Payment methods accepted:
* Cash/ card payment
* Bank Transfer
If paying by Bank Transfer, payment should ideally be made the day before the lesson and must be completed before the lesson begins. Please use the student’s name as the payment reference and send a text message confirming the transfer before the lesson. Bank transfers can also be completed at the start of the lesson if required.
10 Driving Lesson Package – Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
* The 10-lesson package must be paid in full before the first lesson unless a prior payment arrangement has been agreed to.
* Lesson bookings are confirmed only after payment or an agreed payment plan.
Lesson Duration
* Each lesson is the agreed duration at the time of booking.
* Lessons start and finish at the scheduled time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
* A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
* Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be charged at the full lesson fee and deducted from the package.
* If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Learner Requirements
* Students must carry a valid learner’s permit for every lesson.
* A logbook should also be brought to each lesson where applicable.
* Students must be fit to drive and not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair driving.
Pick-Up & Drop-Off
* Pick-up and drop-off locations are by prior agreement and must be within the instructor’s service area.
* Students should be ready at the agreed pick-up location before the lesson start time.
Instructor Delays
* Traffic and road conditions may occasionally cause delays. The instructor may arrive up to 10 minutes early or late and will notify the student where possible.
Package Validity
* The 10-lesson package must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
* Refunds are not provided for unused lessons once the package has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
* Unused lessons are non-transferable unless approved by the driving school.
Driving Test
* Booking a 10-lesson package does not guarantee that the student will pass the Practical Driving Assessment (PDA).
* The instructor will recommend when the student is ready to sit the driving test.
Safety
* The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson if the student’s behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or places anyone at risk. In such cases, the lesson fee may still apply.
By booking the 10 Driving Lesson Package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All lessons must be used within 6 months of the purchase date
* Lesson times are subject to instructor availability and should be booked in advance.
* Package discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
